Parent/Carers Views

At Trinity, we deeply value parental feedback and view it as an essential part of working in partnership with our families. Positive feedback helps us recognise what is working well and affirms the hard work of our staff, boosting morale across the school community. Constructive feedback is equally important, as it helps us reflect, refine and continually improve our practice to ensure the very best outcomes for our children. By listening carefully and responding thoughtfully, we strengthen trust and ensure that every family feels heard, respected and actively involved in their child’s education.

Feedback

"I just wanted to send a little message to say I am so happy and pleased with the new medal award that’s presented to children who achieve in PE. So many children struggle so much academically but are amazing at other activities including PE/Art etc, it’s so nice that is being recognised. For so long children have only got green cards and crew badges but this is a great step moving forward in this world that should target and praise children that struggle in “normal” subjects and thrive in others. My child in particular finds school really tough and his confidence does slip saying he’s not good enough/he’s not clever/he’s rubbish at everything and he cry’s a lot about this at home, yet yesterday he came out beaming so proud of himself for getting the PE medal and he truly believed he is good at something. You’ve made him and me very very happy and I just wanted to let you know it’s such a great new idea."  Year 3 Parent

"I am a parent who is very new to the school, and my little boy, AC, has just started in your Pre-School. I cannot thank the team enough for the kindness and support they have shown during this transition. Albert came home after his first day and, when I asked him what the best part was, he said, “the teachers are kind.” That meant so much to us as parents. I know that in education positive feedback is not always shared, but I truly feel the team have handled the move into new rooms because of a leak effortlessly, you would never have known things were different at the start of term. We are so excited to see how much A will thrive in your setting. I just think they're brilliant, I won't be at many drop offs or picks up, but I wanted to share how lovely and welcoming the staff are. In particular Mrs Clarke and Mrs Quick."  Nursery Parent
