This document is for recording governors’ interests, which must be published on the school website as requested by the DfE. Governors are asked to include:

• Directorships, partnerships and employment with businesses that provide goods or services to the school.
• Trusteeships and governorships including at other educational institutions and charities irrespective of whether there is a trading relationship with the school.

 

Governors understand that it is their responsibility to declare the nature of any business or pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, of themselves or of the members of their immediate family in any contract, proposed contract or other matter when present at a meeting at the School where the specified contract or other matter comes under consideration and withdraw from the meeting during the discussion and not vote in respect of it. They also undertake to inform the school of any change in these business interests.
