Trinity is a 2-form entry primary school nestled in the family orientated Village Quarter of Portishead; walking distance from the Marina but also a short drive from the M5. Our amazing community and staff are the reasons for our success, and we are looking to appoint an experienced headteacher who is ready to build on the excellence to date and create a welcoming environment where all can thrive. Our school sets high standards in all areas of school life and we nurture individuals with real courage and integrity by championing a sense of pride and belonging.

 Are you a successful primary school headteacher or deputy of a large school who:

• Can inspire, through Christian values, unique individuals who believe they can achieve more than they ever thought possible in mind, body and spirit?
• Through nurture and challenge, provide a firm foundation to enable all to thrive, to lead and serve in their life long journey as local, national and global citizens?
• Continues the journey of excellence by progressing a rich and cohesive curriculum brimming with opportunities to enable children to flourish?
• Enables staff to be the best versions of themselves by actively listening to them, and securing cutting-edge training that they have become accustomed to, that furthers their pedagogical expertise?
• Champions a sense of pride in our community and creates a welcoming environment where all possess a strong sense of identity and belonging?
• Surrounds self with people who support and challenge them. Building strong alliances which can provide encouragement and pioneering perspectives?
