Oasis

Oasis@Trinity offers a chance to chat, have a cuppa, browse our support library, find out what’s on, or simply sit a while to enjoy a still place in our busy world. Life throws many challenges our way and it is often with support  that we can feel stronger and get through. Gemma Measures co-ordinate our Oasis support and can welcome you into Oasis@Trinity Monday morning or by appointment if the need arises. We all need that ‘still place’ or simply to be with like-minded people chatting over a cup of coffee.

Gemma Measures has been part of the Trinity team for over 3 years working across the school and now as our Learning Mentor.

EARLY HELP (North Somerset Website)

Early Help | North Somerset Council (n-somerset.gov.uk)

Early Help means using the community of support around your family to make sure small problems don't become big problems. It's a way for families, children and young people of any age to get help as early as possible.

Early Help involves talking with you and your family to understand what your needs are and find the people who can give you the best help.

It is not a single service, tool or assessment, it is a safety net of services and organisations in your community who work together to get you the right support at the right time from the right people.
