Oasis
Oasis@Trinity offers a chance to chat, have a cuppa, browse our support library, find out what’s on, or simply sit a while to enjoy a still place in our busy world. Life throws many challenges our way and it is often with support that we can feel stronger and get through. Claire Taylor co-ordinate our Oasis support and can welcome you into Oasis@Trinity Monday morning or by appointment if the need arises. We all need that ‘still place’ or simply to be with like-minded people chatting over a cup of coffee.
Claire Taylor has been part of the Trinity team for over 6 years working across the school as a Learning Mentor. With a busy family life including two teenagers, a horse and ageing parents she understands the challenges life can sometimes throw our way. While riding the roller coaster of life Claire ensures she enjoys the ups as well as weathering the downs!
Monday mornings
Oasis is open to drop in on Monday mornings during term time between 8.45 and 10.00am. Just follow the bunting near the Reception classes and you will find us. Babies, toddlers and parents or carers are all welcome for a cuppa, a chat and a sit-down. See you there!

Coffee, Cake and Catch Up
This is held once a term in the Community Hall between 9.00 and 11.00am. All are welcome and it’s free! (Please check the newsletter for details as we vary the day that it is held.)
We provide tea, coffee, cakes and hot buttered toast. It’s a great opportunity to meet other parents, grandparents and carers. You can also find out “What’s on locally”, browse the books from our parent and child library and rummage through our “As-new” school uniform on sale at just £1 per item. Craft and preschool play is on offer, either bring your little ones along or if you've dropped them off at school, join us to meet friends old and new.
It's a busy time as parents rummage through the as-new uniform, always on sale at Coffee, Cake and Catch-up, the 3rd week in each term. Look out for the specific date in the newsletter!
Parent and Child library
Oasis parent and child library offers some fantastic books to help your child understand what is happening in their world and help us as parents through tough times. Anyone is welcome to sign out books covering topics such as 'starting school', 'potty training', 'top tips for parenting', 'divorce', 'self-esteem' and many more. The books are always on display at Coffee, Cake and catch up as well as every Monday 8.45am 'til 10.00am in our OASIS@Trinity.
